Lab & Inventory Manager
Tiolca has been in dentistry for 10 years. She is certified dental assistant and continues to develop her education in dentistry. Tiolca truly enjoys dentistry and providing exceptional care to her patients. She strives to be honest, caring and passionate about her job. Tiolca takes the time to explain and answer patients questions and has an amazing chairside manner. Tiolca is also bilingual! She is able to translate to our Spanish speaking patients. As Tiolca says: “my number one priority is making patents feel comfortable and aware of what is going on”
Dental Assistant
With over 20 years of experience as a Dental Assistant, Norka brings a caring touch and a wealth of knowledge to our team. She is State Certified and highly skilled in both general dentistry and oral surgery, always working chairside to support patients and providers alike. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Norka makes every patient feel comfortable and understood. Her top priority is creating a clean, organized, and welcoming space where patients can feel at ease and cared for every step of the way.
Scheduling Coordinator
Before entering the dental field, Alyssa was in retail and part time Nanny. She was offered a part time opportunity to work in a medical office and discovered how with much she loved connecting with and helping patients. After being in the medical field she moved to NC where she worked for call center scheduling for dental offices all over the US and Canada. When she came back to NY, she wanted to continue working in the dental field in scheduling because of how passionate she is for helping patients.
Treatment Coordinator
Aana has been a dental administrator professional for over 5 years. She is Certified Dental Billing Specialist and possesses a vast knowledge of dental insurance. She treats every patient the way she would treat her own family by prioritizing their dental needs. Aana prides herself on making patients feel cared for, comfortable and well-informed.
Dental Assistant
Diana has been working as a dental assistant for over 19 years. She has worked in many different areas of the dental field including orthodontic, endodontic, general dentistry as well as oral surgery. She enjoys treating our patients, making sure they are comfortable, and watching them leave our office with a confident smile. Diana is also bilingual and can translate to our Spanish speaking patients. Diana loves working in the dental field. When she’s not in the office you can find her cheering on her son at his soccer games or out shopping with her daughter.
Dentist Anesthesiologist
Dr. Pfeffer is the founder of Mobile Dental Anesthesiology with experience providing anesthesia services in the setting of a private dental office for all types of procedures. He is devoted to his patients and can be perfectly described as a kind, caring man that is easy to connect with. His personable skills allow him to find common ground with all of his patients and work well with clients with special needs, especially kids.
Dentist Anesthesiologist
Dr. Jason L. Joseph is a residency-trained, experienced, qualified, and board certified dental anesthesiologist. He attended Boston University’s Henry Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated with honors and received an award by his professors for “Excellence in Patient Management.” After graduating Boston University he was accepted into a General Practice Residency Medical Track and Dental Anesthesiology Residency at Stony Brook University Medical Center, the only residency of its kind in the nation.
